Director of Library Sciences
Kathryn Millhorn holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Saint Martins College in Lacey, WA, and a master’s degree in Library and Information Science from the Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY.
Kathryn has extensive experience in several states working as a reference librarian and providing multi-media services, including positions at: the Citrus Ridge County Library in Clermont, Florida; the Washington State Library in Olympia, Washington; and, the Pratt Institute Library in Brooklyn, New York. She has also worked for Regence Blue Cross-Blue Shield of Oregon.
Prior to completing her Master’s degree, Kathryn worked for the Washington State Senate as a Committee Assistant to the non-partisan Agriculture and International Trade Committee, in Olympia, Washington, and held a position as a faculty assistant at George Fox University in Newberg, Oregon.
Kathryn’s range of experiences beyond library sciences, includes editorship of publications, and residence in England.
